“Last night (we hosted) Ashok (who) taught me years ago: “In order to build a bridge you have to be willing to step off the ledge.” Conflict…negotiation…(and) politics aren’t easy or comfortable and they can definitely feel like walking off a ledge…but last night we took a solid first step toward building that bridge. I really liked the group activities….. and I liked how much of the questions and discussions were pretty inclusive and broad.”
